How quickly could I expect to be up and running with a Netalogue Solution?
Lead times for commencing development work on new projects varies but is typically 4 weeks, during that time it is usual for us to work with you preparing the e-business solution content and finalising the website design. Whilst the precise duration of your project will depend on the complexity of your solution requirements, a basic Online solution typically takes 6 weeks so if you signed an order today you could expect to be fully operational within 10 weeks from now.

If I use Netalogue to develop our e-business solution how do we go about getting the project started and what involvement will we have whilst it is being developed?
One of our experienced e-business analysts will meet with you to discuss your requirements in detail and get a full understanding of your needs. From that meeting we will produce a detailed quotation documenting the features you require. The quotation will indicate the earliest possible start date for your project and the project duration, to proceed you need to sign the project order form and return it to us along with a development deposit which is typically 25% of the order total. If you do not have any free staff resource to prepare data and images in house Netalogue can provide a complete data and image service to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

I want to integrate my solution with our internal systems and/or some of my biggest customers purchasing systems, how and where will this work be carried out?
Before starting your project Netalogue will analyse your systems and obtain the necessary information from your customers. The integration development work will be undertaken at Netalogue’s offices and if required Netalogue engineers will carry out a site visit to install and test any software that cannot be setup remotely.

Some of my customers use an online marketplace to do most of their purchasing, will I be able to join the marketplace?

When I am ready to launch my new e-business website will I need to find another company to host my site?
